How much do acupuncture treatments cost?

Minnesota Community Acupuncture has a flat rate of $ 25 for the initial treatment and additional visits are on a sliding scale from $15 - $ 35 with patients deciding what they will pay based upon the number of treatments they need.  Most US acupuncturists only see one patient per hour and charge $ 65 and more per treatment.  Our goal is to provide high quality acupuncture treatments at affordable rates and remove money as an obstacle to feeling better. By making our treatments affordable we hope that patients can come in often enough to really get better and stay better.

Type of payment accepted?

We are happy to print receipts for you to provide to your insurance company, however we are not able to bill your insurance company directly.  We accept cash, checks, mastercard or visa, and payment is due at the time of your visit.

Cost for treatment of child with Shonishin?

Children from 0-12 can be treated with a Japanese style of acupressure for $10 a session.  A session lasts between 10-15 minutes depending upon the age of the child.  Please see our “About Our Clinic” page for more details.
